Integrity at Work (IAW) is a not-for-profit, multi-stakeholder
initiative aimed at promoting supportive working environments for
anyone reporting concerns about wrongdoing. The initiative will assist
stakeholders in complying with Ireland?s whistleblowing law, the
Protected Disclosures Act, and promote best practice.
Members of the initiative must pledge that their workers will not be
penalised for blowing the whistle and commit to putting in place a
robust whistleblowing programme that meets a set of agreed standards.
Transparency International (TI) Ireland will provide assistance to
participating organisations that includes, training, guidance on
whistleblowing policies and procedures, member events, interactive
tools and free confidential advice for workers from the
